FilaCube LLC, located in Houston, Texas, is a company specializing in manufacturing high-quality 3D printing filaments for 3D printers and 3D pens. Our filaments are characterized by accurate diameter, high tenacity, uniform color shade and stable melting point. Our mission is to develop unique proprietary formulas for consistent, reliable and hassle-free 3D printing experience for every 3D printer user.

Proprietary Formula
We developed unique proprietary formulas for the best 3D printing experience. FilaCube PLA 2 Filaments are based on non-toxic and biodegradable PLA [polylactic acid or polylactide], but have better formability and less brittleness. 

Anti-clog
During our manufacturing process, the melted raw materials are filtered by two 100x100 stainless steel meshes. The aperture of the mesh is about 0.15mm, which prevent larger particles from going into the final filament products. Considering the 0.4mm or 0.35mm extruding nozzle is commonly used by 3D FFF printers, FilaCube filaments can reduce the chance of clogging your 3D printer nozzle significantly.

Diameter Consistency
A non-contact high-speed laser micrometer is used to monitor the diameter of all our newly extruded filament in real time during production. With a measurement accuracy of 0.002mm, we can guarantee a diameter tolerance of ±0.03mm on our 1.75mm and 2.85mm filament. The dimensional consistency of our filament prevents clogs by inconsistent filament diameter and improves print quality by extruding the right amount of plastic while printing. 

Spool Options
FilaCube PLA 2 3D Printer Filament has 4 spool options - 1 kilogram/spool, 2 kilograms/spool, 3 kilograms/spool and 5 kilograms/spool.

18 Colors
Black, Mint Blue, Sapphire Blue, Brown, Gray/Grey, Engineering Gray/Grey, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Silver, Yellow, White, Ivory White, Rainbow, Greenery (Color of the Year 2017), Ultra Violet (Color of the Year 2018). 

Filament Storage
Performance of many types of 3D printing plastic filaments will deteriorate after long exposure to moisture. For better printing quality, we recommend storing your filament in a vacuum sealed bag with desiccant.
